What is a Z and Golden Z Club?

The Z and Golden Z Club program is one of Zonta International's oldest service projects. Z-Clubs are usually made up of female students and Golden Z-Clubs are made up of young women up to the age of 30.

The Z and Golden Z Clubs offer young adults the opportunity to develop communication and leadership skills, explore career alternatives and increase their international awareness and understanding through service.

Why are the Z and Golden Z Clubs so important to Zonta?

To truly transform the lives of women and girls around the world now and for generations to come, we need to invest in youth development and engage young women in gender equality work.

How does a Zonta club charter a Z or Golden Z club?

A local Zonta club is the link to the Z or Golden Z Club. He acts as a mentor and pays the one-time admission fee of $25 and the annual fee of $5 to ZI.

Z and Golden Z Club members plan their own service projects, organize their fundraisers, and participate in Zonta activities that give them hands-on experience in improving the lives of others locally and internationally.
